It seems that now that I have started using my second D700 with the newly added Nikkor 85mm ƒ/1.8 AF-D I can no longer hold back on the street photography. So here’s another set from the last month or so.
A Bit of Extra Info
Everything was shot with minimal fuss in technical terms, just a flat “correct” meter reading, using various ISO settings from 400 to 1600. All hand-held and shot with the same lens, the incredible Nikkor 85mm ƒ/1.8 AF-D. Mostly shot with the lens wide open.
These image were shot sporadically from late November through almost the end of December in locations all over the city of Athens. From the foothills of Acropolis, Monastiraki, Plaka, Thission to Nea Philadelphia, Patissia, Eksarchia and Syntagma.
