On the 18th of July 2016, I had my first shoot with the wonderful Fay, on the ancient and historically key Philopappou hill at the open air forum known as the Pnyx, the first site of European democracy, where Athenian men gathered to make political debate and decisions for the city.

This year, 2025, I thought I make a short revisit to the shoot and see what possible new treatment I can bring to the images. These two are the first two shots on the “roll” (funny we still call it a roll though it is no longer on film!).

Both shots on a Nikon D750, Nikkor 50mm f1.4 at ISO 100. These were shot for 1/500 sec at f5.6.
