One more Woman Project sub set which ended up somewhat fraught and I stopped pursuing for a while, was the set entitled ‘Private Places’. It was conceived as a set exploring a more cinematic aspect of the woman project by coming up with scenarios in cooperation with the protagonist, to suggest a story of something intimate, private and erotic. Sadly it met with some resistance not in the shooting and arranging, but in the fact that some of the participants got serious cold feet and asked me not to show the work. Or, as in the case with this small sample, deciding not to go all the way with the concept and somewhat sanitising the scripts we had decided.

Anyway Anna, an actress by trade, was someone I really wanted to work with, and the set below is some of two shoots we did in 2014 and 2016 in her apartment, exploring the idea of the other woman.
